Return and Refund Policy

At Bloom Where You Break, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality services and products. We understand that sometimes plans change or expectations differ. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 Coaching Sessions

We deeply value your time and ours. To maintain fairness and support scheduling flexibility, we offer the following policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
     
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
     
  • No-shows (missed sessions without notice) are not eligible for refunds.
     

Refunds for Coaching Services

  • We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions.
     
  • If you purchase a coaching package and decide not to continue, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions (minus any applicable discounts or processing fees), within 14 days of purchase.
     

 Merchandise

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition with tags and packaging.
     
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
     

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable resources, and gift cards are non-refundable.
     
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
     

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please contact us at hello@bloomwhereyoubreak.com with the subject line: Return Request. Include your name, order number, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
